Excellent semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 7 guests, located 1km from Arrifes Beach and São Rafael Beach, situated in the Vila Rafaela Resort which features a common adult and children's swimming pool, green spaces, tennis court, and a children's playground with a slide.

The dwelling has 2 floors, accessible by stairs, with the ground floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils and appliances so that you can prepare your own meals.
The living/dining room with sofa bed, dining table, television, cable TV, wifi, fireplace, air conditioning and access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower base.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and access to the terrace.
Room 1: double bed, bathtub.
Room 2: 2 single beds, shower base.
Exterior: Generous patio with charcoal BBQ and dining table.
Amenities: Cable TV, wifi, air conditioning.
Common areas: Adult and children's pool, free public parking, tennis court, children's playground.

The house have a great balcony that allow us to take all the meals there kitchen with all the things we need rooms with a lot of space. We had a great small vacations on this Rafaella Villa and we definitely return.
